Стол Lazy Susan Poltrona Frau Mesa Due

The round Mesa Due table with a Lazy Susan rotating top features a column‑based pedestal clad in Pelle Frau® ColorSphere® with tone‑on‑tone stitching or in leather with contrasting stitching. The pedestal structure is made of steel, internally stabilised thanks to a special internal counter‑weighting system, and it has a shaped plastic tip at the end to protect the floor. The Lazy Susan rotating top consists of the assembly of two circular tops of different diameters. Between the two tops is housed an aluminium mechanism rotating on steel balls. The upper top is made of birch plywood with a solid wood perimeter edging while the lower one is available in marble in various finishes.

Poltrona Frau has carried out an interesting philological work on the Mesa project: on the basis of a number of original designs by Lella and Massimo Vignelli, it has created a number of new versions of the original table, calling them, fittingly, Mesa Due. Due — two — like its simple geometric shapes, a circle and a cone, combined together to form a table bursting with personality and style.
